摘要

目的:观察电针内关、间使联合盐酸格拉斯琼对肿瘤化疗患者恶心、呕吐及其血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)水平的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的肿瘤化疗患者72例随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(34例)。观察组电针刺激内关、间使联合盐酸格拉斯琼静脉滴注

对照组电针刺激假穴1、假穴2

其余治疗同观察组。治疗3天后观察两组患者呕吐次数、恶心等级等各项临床指标。结果:1急性期(24h内)观察组与对照组呕吐次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

延迟期对照组恶心不适强烈

评分等级高于观察组

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2恶心呕吐完全缓解率、完全控制率比较

急性期两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

延迟期观察组完全控制率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);3治疗前后患者血清5-HT、DA含量比较

观察组明显减少

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:电针刺激内关、间使穴联合盐酸格拉斯琼静脉滴注可明显改善肿瘤化疗患者延迟期恶心症状

其机制可能与降低血清5-HT、DA含量有关。
