枕大神经痛为临床常见症状

由外伤、劳损等因素致枕大神经受压迫、牵张或炎性反应等刺激所引发

其发病根源在颈椎[1-2]。临床治疗以口服止痛剂、封闭、针刺、牵引为主。笔者采用指针疗法治疗枕大神经痛98例
