摘要

目的:比较雀啄灸与针刺激痛点治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征的疗效差异

为治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征提供参考。方法:将90例肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者随机分为雀啄灸组和针刺组

每组45例。两组均取疼痛部位的激痛点

雀啄灸组采用雀啄灸疗法

每次艾灸30min;针刺组采用毫针以45°角斜刺激痛点治疗

每次留针40min

两组均每日治疗1次

10次为一疗程。两组治疗1个疗程后

采用简化麦吉尔疼痛量表为观察指标

以治疗前后疼痛分级指数(PRI)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化来评价疗效。结果:雀啄灸组和针刺组治疗后PRI、PPI、VAS较治疗前均明显下降(均P<0.001);两组治疗后PRI、PPI、VAS积分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。雀啄灸组愈显率为80.0%(36/45)

优于针刺组的40.0%(18/45

P<0.001)。结论:雀啄灸激痛点治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效优于针刺激痛点

且操作更为简便。
