摘要

目的:比较温和灸热敏态与非热敏态腰阳关穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效差异。方法:选取57例LDH患者为研究对象

对腰阳关穴实施温和灸

每次艾灸时间为45min

并配合常规针刺

每天1次

治疗20天。疗程结束后

将患者在腰阳关穴出现热敏化现象且在整个疗程中热敏化现象≥4次的归为热敏腧穴组(热敏组)

没有出现热敏化现象或整个疗程中热敏化现象次数<4次的归为非热敏腧穴组(静息组)。观察两组患者治疗前后及治疗后6个月改良日本骨科学会腰痛评分

并比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗后、治疗后6个月腰痛评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05)

且热敏组比静息组腰痛评分降低更明显(均P<0.01);治疗后和6个月随访时热敏组愈显率分别为89.7%(26/29)、79.3%(23/29)

优于静息组的71.4%(20/28)、60.7%(17/28

均P<0.05)。结论:温和灸热敏状态腧穴治疗LDH近期与远期疗效均优于非热敏状态腧穴。
