摘要

目的:比较针刺鼻三针为主与口服氯雷他定治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效差异

为临床治疗本病提供较佳针刺方案。方法:将60例患者随机分为针刺组(30例)与药物组(30例)。针刺组采用针刺鼻三针(迎香、印堂、鼻通)为主并配合辨证取穴治疗

隔日1次

每周3次

共治疗4周;药物组口服氯雷他定

每天10mg

服药4周。比较两组患者治疗前后症状和体征评分及两组的近期和远期疗效。结果:针刺组治疗后总有效率为96.7%(29/30)、药物组为93.3%(28/30)

两组疗效相当(P>0.05);针刺组随访时总有效率为86.7%(26/30)

优于药物组的56.7%(17/30

P<0.05);两组患者症状、体征评分在治疗后及随访时较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05)

随访时针刺组症状、体征评分较药物组降低更明显(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺鼻三针为主辨证取穴治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的近期疗效与口服氯雷他定相当

而远期疗效却有明显的优势。
