摘要

盛氏骨边刺法是盛燮荪主任中医师在《内经》刺法基础上

经过五十多年临床实践总结出的一套针刺操作方法

泛指辨证取穴前提下

尽可能选取骨骼附近的穴位及进针点

使针尖刺达骨边

并行以泻法为主的补泻操作方法

临床上对于头痛、牙痛等疼痛性病证有显著的即时镇痛效果。盛老认为

相对于进针位置和针刺深浅

施针时更应注意针尖所刺之组织层次

为便于刺达骨边

还需适当变通进针点

知常达变。"骨边刺法"变通取穴施针

使针尖刺达骨边以镇痛等观点

对针刺研究

尤其是对针刺镇痛机制的研究

有一定的指导意义。
