摘要

患者

女

20岁。就诊日期:2013年11月12日。主诉:左侧脸部僵硬抽搐2年

加重3个月。两年前读高二时因学业紧张逐渐出现左侧脸部僵硬、紧绷感

嘴角、面颊部、眼周时有抽搐

心情紧张时明显

曾在当地医院诊断为面肌抽搐症

予以镇静剂、维生素B12等药物治疗

无明显好转

服药后出现胃痛、胃胀、消化不良等症状而停药。曾予针灸推拿治疗

症状仍无缓解。3个月前在大学读书因学习
