摘要

目的:观察比较电针与达因-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效差异

并探讨其作用机制。方法:将65例患者随机分为电针组(33例)与西药组(32例)。电针组穴取膻中、期门、中脘、天枢、关元、子宫、三阴交、足三里、太冲等

针刺得气后连接电针

刺激时间30min

每周治疗3次;西药组在自然月经或撤退性出血第5天起口服达因-35

每日1片

连服21天

两组治疗周期均为3个月。比较两组治疗前后月经情况、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)和血清总睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)水平及LH/FSH比值

并评定两组临床疗效。结果:电针组总有效率为90.6%(29/32)

西药组总有效率为93.3%(28/30)

两组疗效相当(P>0.05);两组治疗后血清中LH水平、LH/FSH比值均有显著下降(均P<0.01)

西药组治疗后血清T水平明显下降(P<0.05);电针组治疗前后体质量差值、BMI差值显著高于西药组(P<0.01

P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法是治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效方法

与西药达因-35相当

而减重效果优于达因-35

且无明显不良反应发生。其机制与调整血清性激素水平及其比值、调节体脂代谢有关。
