摘要

南宋医家王执中提出了"受病处"的腧穴概念

以临床为视角诠释了腧穴的内涵

包括两个层面的含义:一是体表局部病变即为针灸诊治的部位

一是远部或体内病变在体表局部的反应点即为针灸诊治的部位。临床腧穴的具体内涵有:病邪所在或病邪反应的部位;腧穴受病与特定组织器官联系的规律性

腧穴受病后的形态差异性和定位变异性;以及腧穴诊察、诊断和治疗。
