摘要

观察电针疗法在治疗过程中是否会对针灸针产生腐蚀作用。将针灸针刺入大白兔穴位内进行长达12h的电针刺激

分别采用3种常见的电针波型

另将两枚针灸针置于0.9%氯化钠溶液中

通直流电12h

之后应用环境扫描电子显微镜检测针灸针的表面物理特征。发现3种常见的电针波型在对实验动物进行不间断的12h通电刺激后

针灸针均未出现腐蚀现象;但直流电则可使针灸针产生严重的腐蚀。认为目前的脉冲电针法在治疗过程中对针灸针无腐蚀作用

文献报道的一些偶然事故可能与电针仪质量或操作不当有关。
