摘要

目的:比较急性期周围性面瘫巨刺法与常规患侧针刺法的临床疗效差异

为周围性面瘫急性期的针刺治疗提供依据。方法:将40例患者随机分为巨刺组(19例)、患侧组(21例)。两组均予相同基础用药

针刺穴取风池、阳白透鱼腰、睛明、承泣、下关、颊车透地仓、合谷、足三里

巨刺组针刺面部健侧穴位

患侧组针刺面部患侧穴位

每周3次

治疗4周。应用House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能评价分级系统于治疗前后对两组患者面神经功能进行评分

并比较两组疗效。结果:两组均能促进面神经功能恢复

巨刺组与患侧组总有效率均为100.0%(P>0.05)

巨刺组痊愈率为68.4%(13/19)

优于患侧组的47.6%(10/21

P<0.05);巨刺组于治疗第7天、第14天H-B评分优于患侧组(均P<0.05);巨刺组痊愈患者治疗天数明显少于患侧组((23.95±4.30)天vs(29.14±5.43)天

P<0.01)。结论:巨刺法能加速急性期周围性面瘫面神经功能恢复

并明显缩短疗程

疗效优于针刺面部患侧穴。
