摘要

目的:观察颈椎夹脊穴埋线配合耳周穴位电针与单纯电针治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效差异。方法:将63例患者随机分为观察组(31例)、对照组(32例)。观察组予耳鸣侧C4

7颈夹脊穴位埋线

配合常规耳周穴位(耳门、听宫、听会等)电针治疗;对照组只接受常规耳周穴位电针治疗。电针治疗每周5次

穴位埋线每两周1次

共治疗6周。采用耳鸣程度分级表评价患者治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周、治疗6周及治疗后1个月的耳鸣严重程度

并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后各时点两组耳鸣严重程度均有改善(均P

且观察组优于对照组(P

0.01)。观察组愈显率为77.4%(24/31)

0.05)。结论:颈夹脊穴埋线配合电针治疗神经性耳鸣近远期疗效均优于单纯电针治疗。
