摘要

为完善滞针术基础研究

对近年滞针术的基础研究报道进行梳理总结

包括滞针术的概念、历史源流、操作方法和注意事项、对针具的选取要求等。同时对滞针术的针刺补泻进行初步探析

根据对古籍记载的分析提出3种可能:1滞针术偏属补法;2滞针术偏属泻法;3滞针术可根据不同操作手法进行补泻

并认为现代临床研究中对滞针术的应用以泻法为主。但对于滞针术的手法补泻仍缺乏古籍文献理论及现代临床应用支持

有待进一步完善。
