"对应穴"的理论基础源自针灸刺法中的巨刺、缪刺、远道刺

以协调阴阳、通经活络。针刺对应穴通过机体神经系统的反射性调节

大脑皮层的保护性抑制

局部恶性刺激的切断

使疼痛迅速消除。临床多用于治疗疼痛性疾病。
