摘要

焦虑障碍是最常见的精神疾病之一

严重危害患者的身心健康。针刺因有"宁心安神"功效而对焦虑障碍的治疗独具优势

但有关生物学机制尚未阐明。现代医学研究已证实

心、脑存在两个独立的利钠肽系统。A型利钠肽及其受体功能失调与焦虑障碍的产生密切相关

A型利钠肽具有抗焦虑活性。基于此

拟从针刺"宁心安神"抗焦虑效应、A型利钠肽抗焦虑作用、针刺对利钠肽的良性调节作用三方面入手

探讨针刺"宁心安神"抗焦虑效应的利钠肽及其受体调节机制

提出"针刺抗焦虑可能是通过调节A型利钠肽及其受体而发挥‘宁心安神’作用"的观点

以期为开展针刺"宁心安神"抗焦虑作用的机制研究提供理论支持。
