摘要

随着针灸在全世界的广泛应用

神经科学的研究结果对部分针灸疗效机制科学意义上的肯定

逐渐形成了西方针灸的概念。西方针灸是中医针灸在西方传播过程中

面对西医的基本理论如解剖、生理、病理以及循证医学知识体系的一种适应性改造。基于扳机点理论的西方针刺疗法

其治疗肌筋膜疼痛类疾病的疗效十分明显

受到广泛的关注。然而在中医针灸传入西方的过程中

中医针灸的理论如经络、穴位特异性等由于西方临床研究的结果反而受到质疑。本文从西方针灸的起源、理论形成、刺激部位和方式、治疗病种等方面与中医针灸进行比较

并分析这种不同对中医针灸研究的启示。
