摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗抑郁症的临床疗效

探讨其对抑郁症患者5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量的影响。方法:将80例抑郁症患者随机分为针刺组和西药组

各40例。针刺组穴取四满、肾俞、关元、大椎、阴陵泉、足三里、太冲、阳陵泉、睛明

针刺上述穴位并重灸关元穴;西药组给予口服氟西汀治疗

疗程均为6周。比较两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分并进行血清5-HT检测。结果:两组治疗6周后HAMD分值较治疗前明显下降(针刺组:24.48±0.28vs 8.95±2.24

西药组:24.14±0.24vs 10.29±1.30)

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

两组间相比

针刺组在治疗后第1、2、4、6周末HAMD总分改善明显优于西药组(均P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清5-HT含量较治疗前均有显著提高[针刺组:(26.21±2.36)pg/mL vs(52.07±0.56)pg/mL

西药组:(26.26±2.31)pg/mL vs(51.70±0.52)pg/mL]

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)

但两组之间比较

差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗抑郁症疗效优于西药氟西汀治疗。
