患者

女

53岁。就诊日期:2013年12月6日。主诉:自觉全身肌肉进展性动1年余。病史:1年前下颌部疼痛、动

牵涉至耳后、头部

并逐渐蔓延至全身

辗转就诊于多家大型综合医院

查心脏彩超、脑部CT、颈部彩色多普勒等检查均无明显异常。经中西医治疗(具体用药不详)后

效果欠佳。为进一步治疗

遂就诊于我院针灸科门诊。现症:自觉全身肌肉动

时轻时重

静止后加重

失眠

甚则
