摘要

目的:观察电针联合紫外线治疗带状疱疹急性期的疗效及对患者血清细胞因子白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)和白介素10(IL-10)的影响。方法:34例带状疱疹患者

随机分为药物组和联合组

各17例。药物组给予静脉滴注阿昔洛韦注射液、肌肉注射腺苷钴胺、阿昔洛韦软膏涂抹患处

以及TDP局部照射治疗;联合组在药物组治疗的基础上给予电针及紫外线治疗。两组疗程均为10天。分别于治疗前、治疗后记录两组患者止疱、结痂时间、疼痛缓解程度(VAS评分)

评定两组临床疗效

并测定两组患者血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平。结果:联合组的止疱、结痂时间均明显早于药物组(均P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.01)

且联合组VAS评分下降程度大于药物组(P<0.01);联合组总有效率为94.1%(16/17)

高于药物组的76.4%(13/17

P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IL-2水平较治疗前均升高(均P<0.05)

IL-6、IL-10水平较治疗前均明显降低(均P<0.01)

且联合组IL-6、IL-10下降程度较药物组显著(均P<0.05)。结论:电针联合紫外线照射治疗能更快速、有效改善带状疱疹症状

显著缓解疼痛、缩短病程

提高机体免疫功能

降低神经损伤。
