摘要

为了探讨经筋与卫气的关系

从经筋禀受卫气

始发于足太阳;经筋受卫气于四末

数筋并发;经筋乃卫气输布之处;卫气与邪气相合则筋痹等方面进行分析。认为经筋十二痹属痹症范畴

其病因为"风寒湿三气杂至

合而为痹也"

其病机与卫气运行失常有关。故经筋与卫气密切相关

体现在生理、病理等方面

对经筋病的诊疗具有指导意义。
