摘要

对近年来公开发表有关针灸对微循环影响的中英文文献进行分析

发现传统中医经络理论在结构和功能上与微循环有着微妙的联系

这种联系对经络的实质性研究提供了一个可能的突破口;针灸可以通过多环节、多途径、多层次调节生理或病理状态下的机体微循环状态

具有双向的良性调节作用

并一定程度上体现了腧穴特异性的特点。鉴于当前研究存在着诸多不足

期待今后增加设计严谨、大样本、广泛开展的多中心联合实验予以规范系统化研究。
