摘要

目的:比较醒脑开窍针刺法结合高压氧与单纯高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的疗效差异。方法:将41例DEACMP患者随机分为观察组(21例)和对照组(20例)。观察组针刺内关、水沟、百会、四神聪、风池、合谷、三阴交、太冲

配合高压氧治疗;对照组仅予高压氧治疗。均每日1次

连续治疗5天为一疗程

疗程间隔2天

两组均治疗6个疗程。比较两组治疗前后简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)评分、常规脑电图(EEG)变化情况。结果:两组治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分、EEG异常程度均较治疗前明显改善(均P<0.01);观察组治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分较对照组提高更明显(均P<0.05);观察组治疗后EEG异常程度改善情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法结合高压氧能明显改善DEACMP患者认知功能、日常生活能力及脑电图异常

优于单纯高压氧治疗。
