摘要

枕神经痛

是枕大神经痛、枕小神经痛以及耳大神经痛的总称[1]。其临床表现为一侧或双侧后枕、枕顶部持续性钝痛

并且伴有阵发性的顶枕部、外耳、乳突部针刺样、抽掣样疼痛

疼痛部位与枕神经的走行一致

相应部位的皮肤可有痛觉过敏及感觉减退。在枕神经的浅出口处常常有明显的压痛敏感点或痛性结节

按压时常伴有向上放射痛。目前现代医学治疗枕神经痛轻者予以口服非甾体类止痛药为主

重者则行神经阻滞等介入性治疗

然而仍未能
