摘要

目的:验证针灸治疗脑卒中患者配偶抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的44例轻中度抑郁状态受试者(脑卒中患者配偶)随机分为针灸干预组和空白对照组

每组22例。针灸干预组采用针刺百会、神庭、四神聪、合谷、足三里、太冲以及悬灸神阙、关元、中脘

每周治疗2次

共8周;空白对照组不采取任何针灸疗法

仅给予养生及心理指导。观察治疗前和治疗8周结束后自评抑郁量表评分(SDS)以及失眠严重程度分级人数。结果:两组治疗后SDS评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

且针灸干预组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗后针灸干预组失眠严重指数程度分级人数较治疗前改善(P<0.001)

且改善程度明显优于空白对照组(P<0.05)

而空白对照组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸干预方案对改善脑卒中患者主要照顾者(患者配偶)的轻中度抑郁状态具有临床治疗意义。
