摘要

目的:比较针刺联合耳穴贴压与西药治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效差异。方法:将90例原发性高血压患者随机分为药物组和联合组

各45例。药物组给予口服卡托普利片

每次12.5mg

每日2次;联合组给予针刺和耳穴贴压治疗

针刺穴取人迎、风池、百会

耳穴贴压穴取神门、心、降压沟、交感

每日1次

均连续治疗4周。治疗结束后

观察两组患者的24h动态血压、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平、肌酐水平和证候积分的变化

并评价临床疗效。结果:经过4周治疗

两组24h动态血压较治疗前均改善(P<0.01

P<0.05);联合组治疗后降低24h动态血压值的效果优于药物组(均P<0.05);两组的变异系数(CV)均有下降趋势

其中联合组的24h血压和收缩压的变异系数下降幅度较药物组明显(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清AngⅡ水平和血浆肌酐水平均下降(均P<0.05)

联合组降低AngⅡ和肌酐水平的效果明显优于药物组(均P<0.05);两组证候积分治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05)

联合组较药物组治疗后证候积分下降明显(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为95.6%(43/45)

明显优于药物组的71.1%(32/45)(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗原发性高血压疗效确切

对于改善24h动态血压、AngⅡ水平、肌酐水平优于卡托普利

且能改善头晕、心悸等临床症状。
