摘要

颞下颌关节紊乱病是颞下颌关节在运动过程中出现疼痛、运动障碍、弹响三大症状的症候群

严重影响进食及说话等活动。笔者运用浮刺运动法配合TDP治疗本病15例

现报道如下。1临床资料15例患者均来源于2013年7月至2014年1月沈阳军区总医院门诊针灸室

经过口腔科明确诊断。其中男7例

女8例;年龄最小19岁

最大51岁;病程最短7天

最长1年;关节疼痛14例

弹响6例

张口受限13例。排除器质性病变、精神病、严重的
