摘要

目的:探讨术前耳穴贴压对混合痔外剥内扎硬注术后并发症的影响。方法:将80例混合痔患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组术后1h口服氨酚双氢可待因片

连续治疗3天。观察组在对照组基础上

于术前行耳穴贴压

耳穴取肾、膀胱、神门、皮质下、交感及肛门穴

嘱患者每日自行按压3

共治疗3天。比较两组患者术后第1、2天疼痛、水肿、便血及尿潴留等并发症的评分情况。结果:两组患者术后第2天的疼痛、水肿、便血及尿潴留评分较术后第1天均明显降低(均P

0.05)。结论:术前耳穴贴压联合常规西药口服防治混合痔外剥内扎硬注术后并发症效果确切可靠。
