摘要

通过文献检索

总结经皮穴位电刺激在围麻醉期的作用。发现经皮穴位电刺激可减少术中麻醉药用量、降低手术应激反应、维持血流动力学稳定、减轻手术并发症、提高患者免疫功能和术后恢复质量

且对心、脑、肝、胃肠等器官具有保护作用

而假穴位电刺激和经皮神经电刺激除具有一定镇痛作用外

并不具备经皮穴位电刺激的其他作用。经皮穴位电刺激辅助麻醉在穴位选择、刺激参数等方面尚需改进和统一。
