摘要

患者

男

50岁

主因"右下肢疼痛53天

无力1个月"于2014年3月5日收入我院针灸科。病史:2014年1月10日无明显诱因出现右侧小腿抽筋样疼痛

当地医院诊断为"神经炎"

予洛索洛芬钠片、甲钴胺片口服

局部外贴膏药治疗(具体不详)

症状无明显改善。1月24日体温38.7℃

汗出热退后发现右侧腰骶部有簇状红色粟粒样疹

伴烧灼性剧烈疼痛

两天后右侧足踝及脚背部出现簇状疱疹

27日就诊于某西医医院

诊断为"带状疱疹"。予抗病毒、营养神经及局部激光照射治疗后

皮疹逐渐消
