摘要

足太阳膀胱经为六经之长

属阳中之阳

为全身经络、脏腑气血转输之枢纽。膀胱经经脉循行和主治特点与慢性疲劳综合征关系密切。膀胱经属脑连督脉

与患者脏腑功能、睡眠质量及身心疲劳关系密切

且膀胱经循行部位与相应的肌肉、神经、交感干等重要解剖结构的表面投影高度吻合。因此

调节膀胱经经气可调和五脏、顺气安神

有效缓解慢性疲劳综合征躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳症状。
