摘要

目的:观察月经来潮疼痛时针刺与假针刺三阴交穴对原发性痛经镇痛作用的疗效差异

评价心理效应对针刺镇痛的影响。方法:将60例受试者随机分为针刺组和假针刺组

每组30例。均取双侧三阴交穴分别予以常规针刺及假针刺

于月经来潮疼痛发作时进行针刺干预

每次留针30min

共观察3个月经周期。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对每个月经周期疼痛发生时针刺前和针刺后0.5h、1h、3h、6h、12h各时点进行VAS疼痛程度评分评定。结果:针刺组每个月经周期疼痛发生时针刺后任一时点VAS评分均较前任一时点下降

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);假针刺组在针刺后6h、12h较前一时点下降

差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);针刺后针刺组各时点VAS评分均低于假针刺组(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺三阴交穴对原发性痛经镇痛效果显著

假针刺的心理安慰剂效应对针刺镇痛没有明显影响。
