摘要

目的:比较电针与西药治疗子宫内膜异位症(EM)的临床疗效差异。方法:将72例EM患者按就诊科室分为电针组和西药组

每组36例。电针组穴取气海、关元、中极、子宫、地机、三阴交、合谷、太冲针刺

得气后双侧子宫分别与关元、中极相配接G6805-Ⅰ型脉冲电子治疗仪

选用连续波

频率70Hz

电流强度3mA

隔天治疗1次;西药组口服米非司酮片

12.5mg/次

每天1次

疗程均为6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度评分

评定两组临床疗效及复发率

并采用酶联免疫法检测两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物血清CA125含量。结果:电针组总有效率为94.4%(34/36)

西药组总有效率为91.7%(33/36)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后疼痛积分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01)

且电针组低于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清CA125明显下降(均P<0.01)

组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访1年

电针组复发率为17.6%(6/34)

西药组为33.3%(11/33)

组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗EM临床疗效显著

且1年内复发率明显低于西药组

是一种可以推广运用的针灸临床治疗方法。
