摘要

目的:通过与西药对照评价针刺疗法治疗中重度变应性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例中重度变应性鼻炎患者分为针刺组(30例)和西药组(30例)。针刺组主穴为迎香、上星、风池、曲池、血海、肺俞、膈俞、脾俞等

并配合辨证取穴;西药组采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合西替利嗪片进行治疗

两组均治疗8周。分别于治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周后进行临床症状、体征评分

并比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗4周、8周后两组喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、眼痒、鼻甲各项症状、体征评分及总评分较治疗前均明显下降(均P<0.05)

针刺组与西药组组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗4周、8周后针刺组总有效率分别为90.0%(27/30)、93.4%(28/30)

西药组分别为76.6%(23/30)、80.0%(24/30)

两组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗中重度变应性鼻炎疗效与西药相当

且安全、无明显不良反应。
