摘要

目的:比较壮医脐内环穴配合常规针刺与单纯常规针刺治疗肾虚型神经性耳鸣的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组

每组30例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗

穴取太溪、照海、听宫、外关等

留针30 min;观察组在对照组基础上加壮医脐内环穴治疗

两组均每日1次

10次为一疗程

疗程之间休息2天

3个疗程后

观察患者耳鸣程度的变化

并进行临床疗效评价。结果:两组治疗后耳鸣程度评分、耳鸣程度分级均较治疗前改善(均P<0.05)

且观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组愈显率为63.3%(19/30)、总有效率为93.3%(28/30)

均优于对照组的30.0%(9/30)、73.3%(22/30

均P<0.05)。结论:壮医脐内环穴配合常规针刺治疗肾虚型神经性耳鸣疗效优于单纯常规针刺。
