摘要

"腹如井

背如饼"为针灸临床及教学中薪口相传的术语之一

形象告诫术者部位不同而刺有浅深

这一规则对针刺操作意义较大

笔者对此进行探讨。1"腹如井

背如饼"的出处究其原文

针灸典籍无出处可考。《针灸大成·卷十·益》曰:"凡针腹上穴

令患人仰卧

使五脏垂背

以免刺患。又云:前面深似井

后面薄似饼

用针前面宜深

后面宜浅"

或可认为"腹如井

背如饼"由此而来。其后亦有以"腹部深似井

背部薄如饼""肚腹深似井

胸背薄如饼"等相称者。
