摘要

患者

男

51岁

于2012年2月20日初诊。主诉:腹痛伴严重腹泻、恶心呕吐15天。15天前突然出现腹痛

于次日凌晨出现腹泻5次

且病情进行性加重

每天腹泻10余次

呈水样便。2012年2月6日于当地西医院查血常规:白细胞计数9.64×109/L

中性粒细胞百分数33.7%

淋巴细胞百分数18.0%

嗜酸细胞百分数43.6%

嗜酸细胞绝对值4.24×109/L。便常规:水样便

白细胞0个/HP

红细胞0个/HP

隐血(-)。胃镜活检检查:糜烂性胃底炎。查幽门螺杆菌""。诊断为嗜酸细胞性
