患者

女

58岁

初诊日期:2013年7月22日。主诉:双手背糜烂性湿疹7年余。最初因染发过敏而出现湿疹

于内蒙古及北京某医院等多处医院就诊

诊断为"湿疹"

予口服汤药治疗

方药多清热解毒之品(具体药物不详)

症状未见好转且反复加重

并出现反复外感及畏寒

对众多中西药物出现过敏现象。刻下症:双手背皮肤2/3面积出现片状皮疹

局部有痛痒感

皮肤增厚

有皲裂

舌暗、苔薄白

脉沉滑

二便尚调。诊断:顽固性手部湿疹。取穴:阿是穴。操作:患处常规消毒

将钨锰合金制细火针烧至白亮

快速点刺病灶局部

疾进疾出
