摘要

通过对局部解剖学、发病机制以及国内近年来采用小针刀和刃针治疗颈心综合征的相关文献进行检索、总结和分析

发现颈心综合征临床存在误诊率较高问题;小针刀、刃针可明显改善颈心综合征的临床症状

治疗上颇具特色与优势

但缺乏统一性、权威性的操作规范、疗效判定标准;针对颈心综合征发病机制的研究缺乏系统性;小针刀、刃针治疗远期疗效及治疗后再复发问题的临床观察较少。认为应提高对颈心综合征的认识

减少误诊;制定科学、规范的操作标准和疗效判定标准;开展关于小针刀、刃针治疗颈心综合征系统、全面的作用机制研究

及其远期疗效相关问题的临床探讨

以更好地指导临床应用。
