摘要

我科在应用针刀治疗拇指屈指肌狭窄性腱鞘炎时

有2例因鼻窦炎引起嗅觉障碍的患者在治疗后恢复了嗅觉

现介绍如下。1治疗方法选用Ⅰ型2号针刀

于拇指掌指关节横纹的桡侧缘定一点(约鱼际穴)

刀口线与拇指长轴平行

垂直皮肤刺入

直达骨面

纵行切开硬结2刀

然后行纵行疏通、横行剥离

过伸拇指

弹响减轻或消失出针。2典型案例病案1:患者
