摘要

目的:比较耳穴贴压、耳穴贴压联合情志疗法与黛力新治疗乳腺癌术后抑郁的疗效差异。方法:将90例患者随机分为3组

每组30例。西药组单纯口服黛力新

每日1片;耳穴组取穴心、肾、肝、神门、皮质下、内分泌

两耳交替贴压

每周更换1次;联合组在耳穴贴压组治疗方案的基础上

配合中医情志疗法

均4周为一疗程

治疗1个疗程

并随访4周。比较各组患者治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分

并评定疗效。结果:1与治疗前比较

3组患者在治疗4周、随访4周时SDS评分均明显降低(均P<0.001);耳穴组在随访4周时

联合组在治疗2周、治疗4周、随访4周时SDS评分均比西药组低(均P<0.05)。2治疗4周

联合组痊愈率高于耳穴组及西药组[60.0%(18/30)vs 40.0%(12/30)
