摘要

针刺治疗量概指针刺治疗过程中针刺作用量的总合

从刺数的多少、针具粗细、针刺深浅、手法轻重、留针时间等形成针刺治疗量的要素入手

结合笔者针灸教学及临床经验

认为针刺治疗量与临床疗效关系密切

适度的针刺治疗量是提高针刺疗效、保证针刺安全的关键因素。常规治疗量的基本原则是得气和适度

要因人、因时、因地、因病确定留针时间、治疗次数和针灸疗程。
