摘要

介绍高玉瑃教授针灸治疗面瘫的临床经验与治疗特色。高教授临证取穴重视阳明

从经筋、经脉、脏腑不同层次指导辨证取穴;推崇巨刺

补虚泻实;针刺手法轻浅徐缓

意在用针调气泻健侧补患侧

损其有余而达到补其不足;注重留针时间

区分补泻。从阳明论治取穴、针刺手法、留针时间等关键因素入手治疗面瘫

以使脾胃健运

经脉调和

气血调畅

从而提高临床疗效。
