摘要

为优化功能性排便障碍的针刺治疗方案

查阅近20余年来相关文献

从穴位、针刺方法等方面分析影响针刺疗效的相关因素。在选穴上应注重八髎穴特别是中、下髎穴的运用

深刺八髎穴操作时要掌握科学的方法;电针参数(电针波形、频率)、针刺手法(补泻手法、刺激量等)等与疗效关系密切

目前研究结论的科学价值需进一步提升;临床应加强功能性便秘的分型诊治意识

关注患者的精神心理状况;针刺与生物反馈训练疗法联用可发挥协同效应

并有助于获得更好的远期疗效。在此基础上优化功能性排便障碍的针灸治疗

可进一步提高疗效。
