摘要

依据《内经》文本

从身形之脉、由脉到经、以脉代经3个方面

论述身形之脉与经脉内涵演变的关系。研究认为:经脉源于又高于身形之脉

二者不可混淆论之;经脉从"脉"到"经"

是中医认识人体由具象到抽象、由实体到概念的过程

"经"表达的是生命体不同于西医视角特殊的纵向恒久规律

这个规律基于朴素观察

又有理性总结与思考

经得起实践检验;以脉代经的表述

名为言脉

实为说经。
