摘要

提炼并分析针灸治疗高脂血症选穴用经的特点和规律。通过检索主要中英文数据库

纳入有明确选穴的针灸治疗高脂血症的临床研究文献

分析针灸治疗高脂血症选穴用经的特点和规律。发现高脂血症针灸处方的选穴以特定穴为主

选穴频次居于前5位的依次为丰隆、足三里、三阴交、内关和天枢;高脂血症针灸处方的用经包括10条经脉

选用经脉频次较高的为胃经、脾经、任脉、膀胱经和心包经;高脂血症的针灸处方以胃经、脾经、任脉、膀胱经和心包经的特定穴为主。高脂血症的针灸处方体现了"从脾论治、循脾胃经取穴、远近结合""调整脏腑虚实、辨证取穴、前后结合"和"辨症取穴"的选穴特点。
