摘要

患者

女

64岁。就诊日期:2014年7月14日。主诉:舌前1/3部间断性烧灼样疼痛4年余。2010年无明显诱因出现舌前1/3部烧灼样疼痛

加重时常以牙紧咬舌部痛处缓解痛苦

夜间以牙咬痛舌方能入眠

痛苦不堪

舌根部无明显不适

曾在某医院口腔科诊断为灼口综合征

经多处治疗效果不佳

遂就诊于我院针灸科。刻下症:神清

精神紧张

面色少华

舌前半部呈间断性烧灼感样疼痛

口干
