摘要

手术后胃瘫、肠梗阻、尿潴留等疾病

是手术后常见并发症。部分患者功能恢复缓慢

大大影响了患者手术后的生存质量。笔者认为三者在病因病机方面有相似之处

多因阳气亏虚为主

夹杂寒、痰、饮等邪气

故可采用灸法以溯本求源、温补阳气

再以针刺、拔罐等方法疏通经络、散泻病邪。临床中

笔者应用此法治疗手术后常见并发症

现介绍如下。
