摘要

通过计算机检索2000年1月至2014年3月近现代期刊数据库中穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床文献

采用数据挖掘中的聚类分析和频次分析方法

分析穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的选穴及用药规律。最终共纳入文献38篇

包括25个穴位、42味药物。结果显示

穴位选择上

以肺俞穴为主穴

3组膀胱经和任脉腧穴配伍交替使用;用药上

以白芥子、细辛、甘遂、延胡索、麻黄为多

以发泡药为主

多归于肺经

主药固定且多以生姜为药引。
