摘要

目的:比较解剖定位下头电针结合康复训练与单纯康复训练治疗脑卒中言语障碍患者的疗效差异。方法:将60例脑卒中言语失用症患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。观察组在解剖定位下于大脑左侧优势半球Broca区行头电针治疗

配合言语康复训练;对照组单纯采用言语康复训练

共治疗4周。以"汉语失语症心理语言评价与治疗系统"的言语运动计划模块为疗效判定依据

观察两组患者数数、唱音阶、拼音字母复述、单音节词复述、双音节词复述评分

分别于入组当天、治疗4周后进行评价。结果:治疗4周后

两组数数、唱音阶、拼音字母复述、单音节词复述、双音节词复述评分均较治疗前改善(均P<0.001)

且观察组均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率达100.0%(30/30)

明显优于对照组的53.3%(16/30

P<0.001)。结论:解剖定位下头电针结合言语康复训练能明显改善脑卒中患者的言语失用

从而改善患者的言语功能障碍

且疗效优于单纯康复训练。
