摘要

目的:探讨针灸疗法治疗功能性大便失禁的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采取前瞻实况性随机对照研究

将40例功能性大便失禁患者随机分为针灸组(20例)和药物组(20例)。针灸组针刺次髎、长强和天枢

配合温和灸气海

共治疗12周

前8周每周治疗3次

后4周每周治疗2次

共治疗32次;药物组予以常规对症药物、支持及防治并发症等治疗

共治疗12周。观察两组患者治疗前后及随访期的肛门失禁程度评分(Vaizey失禁评分)、有效率和患者自评治疗满意评分。结果:两组患者经过12周治疗

Vaizey失禁评分均降低(均P<0.05)

其中针灸组在治疗后及随访期均低于同期的药物组患者(均P<0.05);针灸组治疗后有效率为80.0%(16/20)

药物组为50.0%(10/20)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组随访期有效率为90.0%(18/20)

药物组为80.0%(16/20)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者治疗满意度评分疗后及随访期针灸组均优于药物组(均P<0.05)。结论:针灸疗法可改善功能性大便失禁

今后的研究应进一步关注针灸疗法在该病治疗中运用的规律特点。
